Before Emancipation of slaves in the US many states in the south were afraid to let slaves have freedom because there were all ready a good amount of states to the north that had outlawed slavery. Many people were concerned with the new found freedom of people coming out of slavery. I was not able to find any laws before slaves were freed. I hoped this helped some what.
It was actually a city state at first, Through conquest, trade deals, and luck/resources. They were able to become an empire. Also reorganization of the Roman Legion helped.
<span>The Shaker communities which started in the 17th century had someof the most enduring impact on American society that other utopian societies. Shaker style furniture is still polular today and many Shaker homestead have been immortalized in museums.</span>
I believe it is B because prehistoric people were not able to melt down metal to create tools until much later centuries.
