The median is the middle record of data when it is ordered

and in case of even data number, median will be the mean of the two middle records

firstly we need to arrange them:
29.9
30
30.1
30.5
30.7
30.8
31
31

the 4th and 5th records are the median,,,,,
and their mean = 30.5+30.7 = 30.6

This is the median of the data sete

Hope that helps

29.9, 30.0,30.1,30.5,30.7,30.08,31.0,31.0
the number of data is 8 elements so the medium will be the 3rd and 4th number
so the medium is 30.5 and 30.7

Given m jml=80 and m kml=33 what is m jmk
brilliants [131]

Answer:

47°

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the angle <JML = 80°, <KML = 33°, we are to find the angle <JMK, using the expression;

<JML = <KML+<JMK

Substituting the given values into the expression to get <JMK we will have;

80° = 33°+<JMK

Subtract 33° from both sides

80° -33°= 33°+<JMK - 33°

47° = <JMK

Hence the value of the angle <JMK is 47°

Sweet T has 2 orange picks for every green pick. If 6 of the picks are green, how many picks are orange
tester [92]
2 orange + 1 green = 3 picks

Variable of interest goes on top while the total goes on bottom.

2 orange out of 3 picks is the same as 2/3
1 green out of 3 picks is the same as 1/3

First focus on the green to find total number of picks.

1 green / 3 picks = 6 green / x picks

Solve for x.

1/3 = 6/x
(multiply x on both sides)
1/3x = 6
x = 18 total picks

2/3x = orange picks
(plug in x)
2/3(18) = 12 orange picks

Answer: There are 12 picks that are orange.

Maddy is carrying a 555 liter jug of sports drink that weighs 7.5\text{ kg}7.5 kg7, point, 5, start text, space, k, g, end text.
Lelu [443]

Answer:

w/2 = 7.5/5

3kg

Step-by-step explanation:

Remaining question below:

Which proportion could Maddy use to model this situation?

a. w/2 = 7.5/5

b. w/7.5 = 5/2

Solve the proportion to determine the weight of a 2 liter jug.

_____kg

5 liters jug of sport drink weighs 7.5kg

2 liters jug of sport drink will weigh x kg

Find w

Ratio of weight to volume

7.5kg : 5liters=7.5/5

wkg : 2 liters=w/2

Equates the ratio

7.5 / 5 = w / 2

Cross product

7.5*2=5*w

15=5w

Divide both sides by 5

3=w

w=3kg

Therefore, weight of the 2liters jug of sport drink is 3kg
