How did the end of WWI leave Germany open to follow a man like Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party?
geniusboy [140]
At the end of WW1, Germany had to agree to The Treaty of Versailles, which basically took away most of the countries rights and put them into a deep depression. The economy was failing, people were poor and hopeless. When Hitler came into play, people were desperate for a change and Hitler promised to make Germany the greatest country of it's time. Because the country was so desperate for hope for the future Hitler could do anything he wanted because everyone was hoping it would improve the conditions excessively.
