AP Language & Composition advise and tips for exam? How does AP Lang compare to English III Honors and what does the AP exam
test you on, your essay-writing skills, reading comprehension, rhetorical devises (ex. ethos, pathos, logos, speaker), anything else and was what I just listed relevant to the exam? I performed well in English I, II, and III Honors and want to know how AP Lang compares to it? Can you list or recomend a study guide or material for any new content that I might face on the exam, such as rhetoric devises?
AP Lang is quite similar to English IV, they both review you on your writing skills and your reading comprehension. There is a lot less to do with rhetoric devices but you will be tested on it at some point, however, the exam is a very standard English exam though it does test you harder and you will have to pay strict attention to wording because the people who write those tests hold AP to a higher standard. Studying material however you can always try Qiuzlet and maybe even at a local bookstore or online there are practice tests! Hope I helped!
