Her speed is increasing between A) 0 - 10 minutes.

You can see this because the graph line is inclining. Everywhere else it is either staying the same (her speed is neither increasing or decreasing) or declining ( slowing down).  

20 - 25 she is decreasing.
10 - 20 she is going the same speed.
