The correct answer is B. Seamount, guyot, atoll.
The seamount represents an underwater mountain that occurs as consequence of volcanic activity, occasionally they get above the surface of the water and create islands (Hawaii, Iceland). After some time, the erosion cause the island to dissolve and get back under water, the water will flatten it's top, and that is actually the formation of the guyot. Once the guyot is formed, on it's top a coral colony will start developing and little by little make a circle shaped island, which represents the formation of the atoll.

Why Carbon monoxide is more harmful than carbon dioxide?
Ivanshal [37]
CO is poisionous and CO2 is non toxic in nature.
CO forms complex with haemoglobin which is more stable than complex of oxygen with haemoglobin. The concentration range of 3-4 % of CO decreases the oxygen carrying capacity of blood. This causes headache, weak eyesight, nervousness and cardiovascular disorders. Higher concentration can be fatal. CO2 is harmful at a very high concentration.

Water which is lost from the root zone through downward percolation may move back into the plant root zone during dry periods by
tresset_1 [31]

It is possible, during times of drought, for water that has been removed from the root zone of the plant as a result of downward percolation to travel back up into the root zone through capillary movement.

This will be discussed in further detail below.

What exactly is the movement of capillaries?

Percolation is the process by which water moves downward through the root zone of a plant. When circumstances are dry, water that has traveled downward through the root zone as a consequence of percolation may possibly travel back up into the root zone of the plant. In general. capillary movement and migration

Only when the adhesive forces in the liquid are greater than the cohesive forces, which always produce surface tension, can capillary action take place. Capillary action is a physical phenomenon.

In conclusion, the phenomenon known as capillary action refers to the movement of a liquid through a limited space either without the assistance of any external forces, such as gravity, or even in opposition to such force.
