Some suggestions to maximize the use of land in Lahore, Pakistan, would be the following. We could take into consideration the plans that already exist and the informal settlements that could be used to improve tue urban conditions of the land. Almost 29% of the citizens of Lahore, Pakistan live in poor conditions, in informal settlements that people call slums.

The House and Physical department is the federal government agency in Pakistan in charge of refurbishing and construction of urban centers. So the next thing I would do is to end with the corruptive land speculations practices that make the land expensive. Lahore is the second-largest city in Pakistan, so I would be careful to maintain a balance between the necessary agricultural land to produce food in a poor country like Pakistan and the conversion of other portions of farming lands to urbanization centers.
