Describe specific actions to retain ethical and neutral stance during reserach.
brilliants [131]

Answer:

There are different ethical issues in conducting research.

One is informed consent; which means all participants of research should voluntarily agree to participate in research.

Another issue is anonymity or confidentiality. Anonymity means participant’s identity should remain anonymous and their personal information should not be disclosed.

Neutrality in research means that the results of research should be free of bias and separated from the researcher’s personal beliefs, perspectives, and position. Neutrality can be achieved through triangulation of data (using multiple data collection instrument).

Discuss the role of competence in establishing credibility. explain how competence affects the perceptions of others. provide a
Dmitrij [34]

Credibility depends on competence and sincerity. It is the ability of a message to be believed, this quality is closely related to authenticity, honesty and trust. But it also depends on the competence of their knowledge, the ability to provide adequate information. Likewise,  education, occupation, place within the hierarchy of the organization, experience and ability to communicate have a great influence. It implies being recognized for possessing solid knowledge and experience and becoming a role model and who to consult. It is a skill that is gradually gained.

For example, in one of my jobs, as head of production in a media company, I had a team consisting of 7 people. Almost all of them were in the position more than 5 years ago and had a way of working. When I arrived, with a new methodology, innovative, at first I gave them space. I began to observe his actions and gradually go sliding some of my proposals. They tested them and when they saw that they worked, they incorporated them into their work routine. That way, I gained their trust without imposing my ideas and they had me as a reference. We achieved a very enriching teamwork.

Before the Declaration of Independence, how did the American colonists try to resolve their differences with the King of England
kirill [66]

Answer:

by sending him petitions

Explanation:

To answer this you need to take into consideration that the Americans chose non violence, and they preferred non-violent means of protests such as boycotts. Here the last answer is a violent form of resistance so it can not be correct. The first one does not make any historical sense, so we can't consider it and the third and the second could be correct. to determine which is correct we need to consider all the historical events and we can see that none of them indicate rule breaking or in this case not following the law, so the only logical answer has to be the THIRD one which is " by sending him petitions ", because they initially just wanted peaceful negotiations
