When you think about words such as summer and friendship, usually you would have positive emotions relating to those words. Summer is the time when there's no school, and when you can spend a lot of time with your friends, which makes you happy. Thus, those words will create B. a positive mood.

You rescued a child from drowning in the river. Write a diary entry about your experience. 150-200 words.
eimsori [14]

Answer:

Hey ! I will try to answer this question...

It was the last day of school and I was looking forward to having a day at the beach in order to relax from all the day's work.My brother and I had just finished packing our things into a suitcase and loading them into the car,we got into the car and zoomed off to the brach feeling happy and satisfied with what I had done. When we arrived at the beach we sat down and arranged all our things on the sand and decided to sit there to relax. Then all of a sudden we heard someone screaming in the river,my brother and I were terrified that we jumped up in fear and ran to where the little boy was,it was very obvious that he couldn't swim well so I told my brother to go and call the lifeguard and his parents,I wanted to wait for my brother to arrive but since the little boy was already drowning I decided to dive into the water and save the little boy I held on to him and swam back to shore, then I saw my brother and everyone had gathered and started praising me I was happy and me and my brother enjoyed the rest of our day in the beach. The experience was terrifying but fun at the same time.

Thank you for the question,I hope it was very useful to you.Thank you.

What is the meaning of inept as it is used in the passage
FrozenT [24]
I don't see the passage, but the meaning of inept is

A clumsy, incompetent person — or an ineffective action — is inept. When you're inept, you don't know what you're doing or just can't get it done.

Someone inept is bumbling, clueless, and ineffective. Inept people are dumb or clueless; they don't understand things.

More than that, inept people are bad at what they do. An inept lawyer always loses cases.

An inept figure skater wipes out on the ice. An inept postal worker loses mail and puts it in the wrong box.

An inept person is downright bad at something. The opposite of inept is competent.
