To force someone to serve in the military
alex41 [277]
Drafting is the present process that governments use to gain emergency recruits in times of war. In medieval and ancient times, this act was called conscripting and often involved forcibly abducting young boys from their homes and raising them to be men of war (or by forcing captured enemies to fight for them).
Hope that helped! =)

Grade 10 English
Sliva [168]

Answer:

This is a personal paragraph, so try to re-word it so it sounds like you (so the teacher doesn't suspect anything)

Explanation:

2041, that's five presidents away from now. With that, a lot of things probably have changed, jobs, clothing, movies, life styles, a LOT of things would change. Looking at jobs in 20 years from now, I would probably work at some company, or some good job I'm at that pays around 60k-70k. Maybe currency has changed, it could all just be digital, or not, since it's only 20 years. I couldn't think how my family would look like since I'm not even 18 yet. I'm more of a present minded person, so I just hope things don't spiral out of control by the time of 2041
