Legislation meant to segregate blacks and whites in a legal way.
As the US supreme court asked that as long as the blacks and white had equal fundings and that all conditions were the same, segregation can be seen as legal. However, this rarely happened, and it led to desegregation by force at the end. The Jim Crow Laws was the birth of this ruling, as it imposed "equal" but segregated laws (such as segregated laws for public transport, bathrooms, resteraunts, etc.) in much of the states.

Most countries which receive help from transnationals are third world countries. The bulk of the money from transnationals go to those countries who are in need of the money. These countries include African countries, South East Asian countries and those countries who are victims of war.
The Homestead Act helped to expand and develop the united states because it granted land for agriculture. it allowed people to acquire land west of the Mississippi river and to settle it. President Lincoln signed the Homestead Act on May 20 ,1862
He believed citizens should base their role in government would be better used if they approached government using good morals. Government would be better if people did not focus so much on individual needs and more on what is best for the community as whole.
