OK so a cell wall protects just like the walls of a house. Vacuoles are extremely important in providing structural support in a cell, so like beams for supporting structures. And the nucleus is the command center as it consists of many structured elements that allow it to perform its functions.

A man runs on a track for 120 minutes with a velocity of 4mi/hr. How far will the man have traveled when he come to a stop?
Sveta_85 [38]

Answer:

8 miles

Explanation:

Velocity is speed+direction (the speed of something in a given direction). We know that running on a track, one is moving forwards, which is why the velocity given as positive. Now we do some simple algebra. 120 minutes is equal to 2 hours. At a velocity of 4 miles an hour, for 2 hours, you multiply 4x2 and get 8, which is how far (in miles, units are important) the man has traveled once he comes to a stop.
