The Winter's Tale, more of Romance than a tragedy or comedy, talks about repentance, jealousy and lot of imagination which is far from reality.

This play is one of the last plays that Shakespeare has written. In this play where the king is showed to be jealous and revengeful of everything that he experiences with his daughter.

This play can be called unrealistic, nonsensical may be because of the usage of words that are old/antique for the time it has been written. This is because of the father and daughter coming together at the end, where unlike other stories of Shakespeare, it is one of those happy endings.
