f(x)=23x+27\\
y=23x+27\\
23x=y-27\\
x=\frac{1}{23}y-\frac{27}{23}\\
f^{-1}(x)=\frac{1}{23}x-\frac{27}{23}\\\\
g(x)=12x-d\\
y=12x-d\\
12x=y+d\\
x=\frac{1}{12}y+\frac{1}{12}d\\
g^{-1}(x)=\frac{1}{12}x+\frac{1}{12}d\\\\

\frac{1}{23}(\frac{1}{12}x+\frac{1}{12}d)-\frac{27}{23}=\frac{1}{12}(\frac{1}{23}x-\frac{27}{23})+\frac{1}{12}d\\
\frac{1}{276}x+\frac{1}{276}d-\frac{27}{23}=\frac{1}{276}x-\frac{27}{276}+\frac{1}{12}d\\
\frac{1}{276}d-\frac{1}{12}d=-\frac{27}{276}+\frac{27}{23}=\\
\frac{1}{276}d-\frac{23}{276}d=-\frac{27}{276}+\frac{324}{276}=\\
-\frac{22}{276}d=\frac{297}{276}=\\
-22d=297\\
d=-\frac{297}{22}

Circumference=2*pi*r or pi*d so if its 16pi you know that your diameter is 16 wich means your radius is 8 because d/2 is your radius. plug the 8 into the area formula wich gives you the formula pi*8^2. 8squared is 64. 64 times pi is 201. <span>or 64pi wich is the area of the same circle with the circumfernce of 16pi

What is 2.1 times 3.2 find the missing partial products HELP.
vredina [299]

Given:

The area model for 2.1\times 3.2.

To find:

The value of 2.1\times 3.2 and the missing values in the area model.

Solution:

2.1 can be written as 2 and 0.1 on the left side of the area model.

3.2 can be written as 3 and 0.2 on the top of area model.

Area of the four parts of the area model are:

2\times 3=6

2\times 0.2=0.4

0.1\times 3=0.3

0.1\times 0.2=0.02

The complete area model is shown below.

After adding all areas of the area model, we get

6+0.4+0.3+0.02=6.72

Therefore, the value of 2.1\times 3.2 is 6.72 and the missing values of the area model are 0.3 and 0.02 respectively.
