A similarity between the federal and state court systems is that both have a trial, appellate, and high courts. However, federal and state court systems are two different things.

EXPLANATION:

The main difference is that state and local courts are legal to hear cases including law and their citizens of their city or state, while federal courts choose lawsuits among citizens of different states, cases opposed to the United States, and cases including certain federal laws.

The federal court considers these matters:

• The United States is a party,

• The case includes violations of the U.S. Constitution, contracts, or federal laws,

• It is a legal argument between citizens of foreign citizens or different states,

• It is copyright, bankruptcy, patent, and maritime law case, or

• It is a criminal issue listed in the U.S. Code.

The United States Supreme Court is the solitary Federal court cited in the U. S. Constitution. Article III delivers that “The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.”

State or local consider these things:

• Cases focusing laws accepted by or local authorities state legislature,

• Most personal injury suits, family law cases, traffic violations, contract disputes, and

• Criminal cases.

State courts handgrip a far greater number of cases and have more connection with the public than what the federals courts do. The state courts consist of judges that have an appellate court, a trial-level court, and a supreme court. Several judges accept a case varies from state to state, however, most trial courts take one judge. Meanwhile, appellate courts have three to five judges. Many State Supreme Courts have 7 or 9 justices. State court judges are either selected or voted.

What action did julius caesar take in 49 bce to become ruler?
allsm [11]

Answer:

Crossing the Rubicon

Explanation:

Julius Ceasar served as governor over the region of Southern Gaul to Illyricum. After he completed his reign as governor, he was instructed by the Senate in Rome to return to Rome, leaving his army behind.

Julius Ceasar did just the opposite because after he completed his tenure, he went along with his soldiers to cross the Rubicon river which was at the boundary of Italy. This act was considered treasonable by the Senate in Rome. It was also considered a declaration of war. Julius Ceasar eventually won the Civil war which protected him from punishment.
