The United States shouldn't send troops to fight ISIS because of the casualties. Ground fighting will result in more casualties on the US side than it will on the ISIS side. The reason being that ISIS knows the terrain and will fight in a guerilla style warfare. If the US bombs ISIS then it will result in Innocent civilian lives lost.
