Macbeth doesn't really want to kill the King, he would rather enjoy his new title which should be, worn now in their newest gloss, Not cast aside so soon.

Macbeth is a man who probably knows the right thing to do but holds too many insecurities to stand for his convictions.

Read this excerpt from "A Jury of Her Peers" by Susan Glaspell. Which line shows Mrs. Hale's attitude of pity and compassion for
vodomira [7]

Answer:

''If I was you I wouldn't tell her her fruit was gone! Tell her it ain't. Tell her it's all right -- all of it.''

Explanation:

This expression shows pity and compassion because its intent is to make another person feel better. Mrs. Hale clearly does not want the owner of the fruit to know that her fruit is gone, and so is willing to not tell her the truth in order for her to feel better.

The pity that Mrs. Hale feels is not direct nor clear, but she is certainly thinking of someone else when she makes the comment.

What are the means of Ten Little Indians?

The “Ten Little Indians” rhyme publications the development of the novel. The singsong, childish verses tell the story of the deaths of ten Indian boys and stop with the road that offers the unconventional its identity: “and then there were none.” A framed copy of the rhyme hangs in every bedroom, and ten small Indian figures sit down on the eating-room table.

The murders are executed to healthy, as carefully as viable, the lines inside the poem, and after each homicide, one of the figures vanishes from the dining room. The standard impact is one of just about supernatural inevitability; ultimately, all the characters recognize that the subsequent homicide will shape the next verse, but they're unable to break out of their fates. The poem impacts Vera Claythorne more powerfully than it influences everyone else. She will become passionate about it, and while she ultimately kills herself she is operating below the suggestive strength of the poem’s final verse.

Ten Little Indians is a nursery rhyme referenced inside the 1939 Agatha Christie novel And Then There Were None. One choked his little self after which there had been nine.
