Carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen halides are emitted by volcanoes that mix with water vapor to produce acid rain.

Explanation:

When a volcano erupts, it releases the magma and various other harmful gases rocketing into the atmosphere and the surface. The gases that are emitted during the eruption are the significant amount of Carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen halides which are very toxic and harmful.

These gases are also easily soluble with the water vapor in the atmosphere or within the volcanic plumes. This contaminated water vapor can cause acid rain which in turn can significantly damage and contaminate crops, lands, soil, houses, statues, drinking water supply, etc.

How does Glaciation affects the soil? (Both in a good way and a bad way) Thanks!
vodomira [7]
Glaciers carry soil from one place to another. This means that a lot of the fertile soil used mainly for that one area could have been taken away and effected negatively because the fertile soil on the bottom isn't as good as the one on the top, which has been dragged away by glaciers. However, it can take soil to environments where soil is needed, helping it.
