For people to carry out their work activities, there is a code of protection in the workplace. This is especially important in activities where the worker's physical integrity is at risk, such as working in mines, works, plantations or activities in unhealthy environments.

When there is an overhaul of the safety laws, it means that some flaw in the previous law has been perceived, so the new legislation is aimed at solving the risk positioning and giving a better protection to the worker.

The possible and yet the best result for the implementation of new safety laws in the workplace is firstly, the safety of the employees which would lead in low risks or low accident rates. And due to this, this would make the employees feel confident and safe making them more productive at work.

Discuss the significance that segregation, voting rights, and education had on African American life in the South during the lat
madreJ [45]
Negro men and women could not vote, which would allow white people to vote for whoever will keep things the same and not allow change. Segregation would be very upsetting, think about not being able to use the nice bathrooms at your home, instead you use an outhouse. Negros were not allowed to be as educated so they could not gain power. knowledge is power.

__________ has the highest conviction rate of any vehicle-related offense.
Zielflug [23.3K]
The answer is "excessive speeding"

I would say that there are two causes for this:
1) people speed more often than do other vehicle driving related crimes: that's because they explain to themselves that they are in hurry and they hope they won't cause any harm

2) Speeding is very often tested by the police, because the police wants to curb this deadly behaviour.
