Answer:

 • He gives an unflattering portrayal of German-American's settlers.
 • He gives descriptions of object poverty and the wide gas between rich and poor.

Explanation:

In "Letters From an American Farmer" Crevecoeur makes several compliments to America, it shows how he was delighted with this land full of liberties and where all possibilities were possible. If you read Crevecoeur's text, you will see how he describes America as something bordering on perfection, however, Crevecoeur did not hide his discontent about some things. This discontent was contradictory with the perfect America he described.

To show his discontent Crevecoeur made an unflattering portrait of the German-American settlers and gave descriptions of object poverty and the wide gap between rich and poor.

posledela
Answer:
Garrison talks about how he tried to set the slaves free and break the chain apart that was holding them captive. He gave the slaves courage that one day slavery will be over. One main criticism of Garrison is that he was trying to change the mind of the slave owners to release them from being captive. This was an important role in American history because he accomplished the end of slavery.

what effect did lincoln have on douglass's life? in what respect did douglass carry on lincoln's work?
Nookie1986 [14]
Lincoln affected Douglass's life, as he always looked up to Abraham and his ways. He had always felt very strongly about abolishing slavery, especially when having the chance to talk to Abraham Lincoln about taking an act on finally abolishing slavery. (I apologize for the repetition! I honestly have no clue about this. Hope this helps! :) )
