The correct answer is (d) The fish would become extinct as they would not be able to reproduce.

In this situation the male and female species across barrier will extinct as they would not be able to reproduce because of the barrier. It is physiologically not possible for the fishes to swim across the barrier, and moreover a male fish cannot produce male and female gamete by its own. They will extinct as they would not be able to reproduce.

I'm pretty sure you got them all right. The last one just sounds sort of specific though as Stars are made of Plasma but they don't have heat from the atmosphere. But if you're speaking of only here on Earth then it's correct.
