You have to remember that what you do to one side you must do the to the other. You want to isolate the x, so to do that you have to move everything to the other side by and by doing this you do the opposite. You want to remove +20 from the left side, so by doing that you do -20. Your equation is then 5x=80. You still want to isolate just the x, so to do this you divide by 5 and you have to do that to the other side as well. Therefore your answer it x=16 :)

4(x+3)+2x=6(x+2)

4x+12+2x=6x+12

6x+12=6x+12

12=12

All real solutions

Answer:

ī=80; s = 10

Step-by-step explanation:

When the standard deviation is from a finite group it is denoted by s. The number of transactions from an atm are countable in a day. So the standard deviation will be represented by s.

and ī represents the mean.

The other choices are incorrect because mean is usually represented by a bar over the alphabet such as x.

a simple alphabet does not denote the mean of the sample or population.

CAN I GET SOME HELP ASAP PLEASE
nignag [31]

Answer:

<h2><em><u>11.2 - B to C</u></em></h2><h2><em><u>12 - B to A</u></em></h2><h2><em><u>8.8 - A to C</u></em></h2>

You have to multiply all the sides by 4.

B to C = 2.8*4

2.8 * 4 = 11.2

B to A = 3*4

3*4 = 12

A to C = 2.2*4

2.2*4 = 8.8

Hope this helped!

Iteru [2.4K]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

(Tangent Length)^2 = y*(y + 11)   You are going to have to use the quadratic formula on this.

Tangent Length = 7

7^2 = y * (y + 11)

49 = y^2 + 11y

0 = y^2 + 11y - 49

a = 1

b = 11

c = - 49

When you solve this quadratic equation you get

x1 = 3.40 which is the answer you go with.

x2 = -14.40 which can't be used. A negative length has no meaning.
