The correct answer is American with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Explanation:

ADA makes illegal for an employer with at least 15 employees to discriminate a person who has any physical or mental disability if they qualify for the job. As people with disabilities this refers, for example, to someone with diabetes, epilepsy, etc. as much as people with depression, bipolar disorder, etc. To be protected by the ADA this person must be able to accomplish the requirements the job needs.
