Ms angling made 2 pans of lasagna and cut each pan into twelfth. Her family ate 1 and 1 12 pans of lasagna. How many pans of lasagna were left? Help please

She made two pans and cut them into 12 pieces

They ate 1 full pan and 1/12 of the second pan.  So if there are 12 pieces and they ate 1/12 they ate 1 piece of the second pan.

That leaves 11 pieces or 11/12 of a pan.
