<span>NOT exactly, now it's a cyber-war as well as psychological war. War is ALWAYS about psychology and it is NOT jut the military that is involved. There was a reason WHY Eisenhower warned people about the industrial Military complex. in the 1950s and 1960s.. What he probably NEVER imagined was that war would be commercialized and OUTSOURCED to businesses. which is what happened during the 1980s. and 1990s and continued into the 200)s.</span>
