It is not true that the delegates at the Constitutional Convention ended the slave trade effective immediately following the ratification of the constitution however, the constitutional convention was afraid that the new administration will try to stop the slave trade and may just abolish it for good. In order for the slave trade not to be abolished, the Northern agreed made a deal not to stop the slave trade and they allow that the slave be counted as three-fifths of a person for the purpose of representing it in the Congress.

Each of these activities is protected by the constitutional right of free expression except _____.
Mama L [17]

The correct answer is A) A blogger publishes secret national security information.

Each of these activities is protected by the constitutional right of free expression except a blogger publishes secret national security information.

The constitutional right of free expression can be found in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that was signed in December 1791, as part of the Bill of Rights. The amendment prohibits the government from creating laws that establish any kind of religion or dogma and prohibits the free exercise of religion. The First Amendment also prohibits the government to interfere with the freedom of speech, the freedom of the press, and the right to assemble in a peaceful way.
