At convergent plate boundaries, sedimentary rock from the ocean floor gets pushed down into the mantle. The crust increases in temperature as it dives deeper into the mantle. Eventually, the crust melts and rises to the surface causing a volcanic eruption, creating igneous rocks.

Explain the relationship between evaporation, condensation, condensation
dmitriy555 [2]

There is a close relationship between evaporation( transformation of water into water vapor in presence of heat), condensation (transformation of water vapor into water droplets), condensation nuclei (minute water droplet) and cloud (assemblage of too many water droplets). For the formation of cloud all these mentioned conditions are required.

Explanation:

Evaporation refers to the transformation of water into water vapor by the action of heat, condensation means transformation of water vapor into water droplet in normal temperature, condensation nuclei refers to the water droplets which is base of formation of cloud.

Cloud forms from the assemblage of water droplets. These water droplets are formed in saturated air condition when the air is full of humidity. Relative humidity means the ratio between the water holding capacity of air and the amount of actual water in air at that particular temperature.

What part of the process of science are "fit of the continents," matching fossils on different continents and similarities in st
Dovator [93]

Answer:

Continental drifting

Explanation:

Continental drifting talks about the movement of continents . The process was first discovered by Alfred Wegener. Alfred Wegener  noticed the great similarities of the Atlantic coastline of Africa and the south America. He noticed the edge of each continents fits like a puzzle. The idea that the continents were once joined together and have split apart was born out of the observation of the similarities of the continents.

The similarities of fossil found in different continents also proved that the continental has been drifting . The similar fossils found in different continents were better explained if the continents were once joined together. Fossils like the Mesosaurus , a fresh water reptile were found in different continents.

The similarities in rock structure also proved the continents have been drifting .
