The meaning of charitable (from charuty) is to give to those who are in need.

Permissive - who allows to behave the way others might find unacceptable. The meaning is negative

Generous - who is willing to give. Similar positive meaning.

Unselfish - who thinks of good of the others. Not quite similar.

Considerate - kind and helpful. Does not have a meaning to give.

The correct answer is B)Generous because of the similarity of the meanings.
