leo places the pan on the burner, turns on the flame, puts some onions in to brown in butter, and covers the pan to hasten the p

rocess. 3 minutes later, he lifts the lid toward him to take a peek. what did he do wrong? plz help me!

I'm not sure, but I have a little experience with cooking.
Is it because he wasn't stirring it and it could've burned?
Was it the way he lifted the lid off the pot and looked at it?
Did it cook too long or too short?
Did he even chop the onions?
Did he even peel the onions?
Should he of used a pan or a pot?
Just some I thought of. Hope they help a little bit
My guess is that he didn't chop the onions or he didn't peel the onions. You pick though! Hope it's one of these xd
