A root problem is a reason or issue that stands in your unconscious which is the answer to many problems that you may have in your life.
Getting to solve a root problem within yourself might be beneficial for your inner growth and maturity. It helps to heal your scars, remove pain from your past and forgive yourself and others for what has hurt you.
It helps with some repeated patterns that we see in our life that are mistakes which we haven't learned from and keep repeating in our life. Some bad love relationships or toxic friendships might be in our lives because we keep on making the same mistake and repeating certain patterns. solving the root problem inside ourselves helps us to identify the original reason why feel that way, we take a certain decision or we act in a specific way.
An example might be a sexist love relationship. A woman may go through many sexist relationships and this may hurt her but she keeps on dating this kind of men. So she has to get to the root of this problem. The root problem might be that she lacks in confidence to stop the abusing behavior of men or she accepts gender roles without questioning its origins. Maybe her family raised her to be extremely dependent and obedient so her personality was shaped in a way that she can´t raise her voice against the patriarchal society and stop dating man with sexist profiles or beliefs.
Answer: To solve root problems you need structural basis and ensure problems do not return and guarantee sustainable improvements are made.
Explanation: Try to identify the primary source of a problem. In social and behavior change communication, a root cause analysis is used to examine why there is a difference between the desired state of a result or social issue and what is happening now.
For me, one is getting use to new surroundings. We can get so used to the way we do things
that we fall into a routine. Another is
missing your loved ones because it gets lonely when people you love aren’t
there. Then there is adjusting to the
way things work. New place means new set
of rules that you have to adapt to.
Finally there is letting go of the things you hold dear. It’s hard to let go but you have to open
yourself to new possibilities.
