They weren't able to seize power because the left oriented workers organized unions. Because of that, workers of France chose left policies instead of right policies that were common at the time in many countries like Italy and Germany. Unionizing saved them from becoming fascist.

The Security Council of United Nations is concerned with international peace and security. It is a premier body for maintaining peace all over world.

Explanation:

Policies in Security Council are regularly reformed to meet current demand of security standard. The elected members meet regularly to access any new threats in international security, then discuss on current policy and conclude f any new change is required to be made.

There are five permanent member and nine elected members in this council. Article 27 gives these ten members of the council the right to vote before any decision is made. Each member has one vote to cast.

The council is also responsible for taking care of natural disasters, arms control, civil wars and most important terrorism also.
