Among the four countries, one would be able to see fjord in Argentina. A Fjord is a narrow and deep body of water that is flanked by steep mountains. Fjords are formed through glacial movement. Argentina has a large mass of glacial ice at Perito Moreno, therefore, a fjord is more likely to form here.

Well, Alaska has one, (Kenai Fjords, excellent place) there are plenty in Norway, if that's what you're asking.
