If it’s a large change however, I might need to go off and take a break before getting the full information. Maybe draw or just relax on my phone. After, it’s easier for someone to slowly explain what the change is, what it’ll mean for me and people around me as well as why it’s being changed. Most people say; “change is good,” however, change to some can sometimes bring great anxiety which can be difficult to deal with. It’s good to know healthy coping mechanisms & how to handle change in a positive way.
