1. the first amendment affects religion in the US because it states that all Americans are provided the freedom of religion.

2. the purpose of the first amendment is to provide a source of information stating all of our rights that cannot be taken from us.

3. 5 freedoms of the 1 st amendment is freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to petition, freedom of the press, and to peaceably assemble.

5. the bill of rights ensure the people their freedom and keeps the form of government from becoming a tyranny.

6. if a minors leg were to be cut off for skipping school that would be violating the 8th amendment because the 8th amendment clearly states that  no cruel or unusual punishment may be used upon a person criminal or not.

7. amendment 4 is the right for a person to not allow a unreasonable warrant or  unreasonable search and seizure unless they are invited in to their property.

8. this is because giving false or statements such as yelling fire when there really isn't may cause full on panic for no reason at all wasting or disturbing someones current activity.

9. this amendment protects your property because it states that your property may not be used for public display of any sort without paying a certain amount of money for it.

10. amendment 6 provides you with an attorney i you are unable to afford one and allows yo to have a speedy and fair trial.
