Answer:

The answer is: e. appeal to novelty

Explanation:

Basically what the appeal to novelty fallacy is about, it's exactly and literally this statement as the argument is based on something being better than the other because it´s newer. The other options cannot be possible as bandwagon is basically basing your argument on what the other people believe, if the majority believes it's correct, then according to this fallacy, it is correct; false syllogism is an incorrect proposition, which draws the wrong conclusion from two premises; appeal to tradition is that one which is believed to be correct judt because it's the traditional belief; invalid analogy or false analogy consists in assuming that just beacause two things are different in a certain way, then they are different in every aspect.

Name one disadvantage for each of the three leadership styles. Laissez-faire,Authoritarian,Democratic
IRISSAK [1]

The disadvantages of the three leadership styles are the following:

1. Laissez faire: the lack of control and supervision of this style can lead the team to do not achieve its goal efficiently. The project can face delays, re-process, and overload on some members of the team.

2. Authoritarian: the supervision can bring the team just to do what is needed to do and do not overcome or surpass the expectations of the projects. This also can make an stresful environment in which the team does not feel free and motivated to enhance and give more of what is required by the leader.

3. Democratic or participative: because this kind of leadership brings autonomy and initiative to the team, can happen that the leader do not guide efficiently the team to achieve a goal, so in this case this kind of leadership will requires a high-skilled leader. Or it also can happen that all the ideas of the team delays somehow the project and it is loosed lot of time to achieve an agreement on the path to follow.
