The correct answer is B) He led militias and troops in battles that led to the start of the war.

George Washington's role in the French and Indian War was the following: "He led militias and troops in battles that led to the start of the war."

George Washington led forty people and on May 28, 1754, they slowly approached the camp of the French troops, at the Great Meadows, Pennsylvania. Washington also had the support of 12 Native American Indians from the tribe of the Senecas and fiercely attacked the camp. The French did not have the time to react and were capture and some were killed.

That was one of the things young George Washington did in the French and Indian War.

Why was the war at sea vital to ww1?

World War One was known to be a war that was mostly fought and won on land.

This war would not have taken place without the transportation and movement of ships. The Command of the sea helped the Allies to bring in the key resources and manpower that was needed to prevail on the Western Front and other places.

This therefore shows that the sea was very important and without it, the items or material needed for the war would not have been possible to bring to the land.
