Answer:

Self-regulation

Explanation:

Self-regulation is referred to as the ability to control one's behavior or emotions despite a seemingly terrible situation. The control of emotion is usually geared toward achieving a long term goal. self-regulation is the ability to respond to a situation in a manner and disposition that is socially acceptable and also the ability delay spontaneous reactions like anger

In children, this enables them to direct their own emotions and behavior towards a goal, irrespective of their feelings or the situations they find themselves in.

Darren was displaying self-regulation because he could control his anger and explain to Simon why cheating is bad

why would some american colonists have wanted to support britain despite the harsh policies britain invoked?
alex41 [277]
Some American Colonialists still wanted to support Britain throughout the American Revolution because they considered themselves loyal to British Rule and very much still a part of Great Britain. These individuals could have worked for the British Government, done Business with the Government, or had an ideological attachment to the continuation of the colonies remaining under British control. In addition many of these individuals could have identified themselves nationally as "British" which also could have been their reason for wanting to stay a British Colony.
