Answer:

solution must address the larger underlying issues, such as gender inequality.

Explanation:

Harassment of women on the street refers to the situations where women are the target of unwanted attention, comments, touching, and other improper behaviors, usually of a sexual nature. The reasons behind harassment are varied, but according to researchers, they usually lie in the understanding of gender roles, where males (the main harassers) view women merely as objects of sexual gratification, without any regard for how they feel about it, or even without fully acknowleding them as fellow human beings who are capable of feeling the same as them. <u>Thus, in order to solve this problem, a solution must address the larger underlying issues, such as the aforementioned gender inequality</u>. This is primarily a cultural and social issue, so only social intervention can change it, and it can't be duly accepted as natural or inevitable.

According to psychologist r.d. laing, how do our assumptions and hunches about others affect us?
iogann1982 [59]

According to the psychologist R.D. Lang assumptions or hunches that we might have about others, keep us from operating in the real world.

He studied SELF-AWARENESS AND SELF-DISCLOSURE.

<u>Self-awareness:</u> is the ability to see yourself realistically without difference in what you really are how you assume others see you.

<u>Self-disclosure</u>: is the ability to let another person know what is real about you ( your feelings, thoughts, desires, etc)

He considers that people spend too much time building walls to prevent other people from determining  their thoughts and motives. If the walls are not there, it wil result in loneliness and rejection.

Why do we need to reverse transcribe the mrna to cdna before pcr and ngs sequencing?
Anestetic [448]

We need to reverse transcribe the mRNA to cDNA before PCR and NGS sequencing because the RNA can not be used by the Taq polymerase.

Enzymatic conversion of mRNA into double-stranded insert DNA can be finished via a number of special techniques. they all involve the movement of reverse transcriptase and oligonucleotide-primed synthesis of cDNA. After that, the approaches in commonplace use diverge drastically.

Messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines educate our cells on the way to make a protein so one can trigger an immune response internal our bodies. Researchers had been reading and working with mRNA vaccines for decades.

cDNA (short for copy DNA; also known as complementary DNA) is artificial DNA that has been transcribed from a specific mRNA via a response using the enzyme opposite transcriptase. while DNA is composed of both coding and non-coding sequences, cDNA consists of the most effective coding sequences.
