The best thing the lawyer might possibly tell her is for her to back down, because it is possible it is against the FBI policy not to take someone who's is gay or a lesbian. So since they found out they had to sack her. It is the FBI, they have standards and requirement before they can offer you a job ,they know the kind of candidate they want in there system.
