One foot is equal to 12 inches, so 12 times 12 will give you the number of inches in 12 feet.
12 x 12 = 144
If there are 12 inches in a whole foot, then there are half that many in a half foot, so there are 6 inches in a half foot. Now you have to had 144 inches to 6 inches.
144 + 6 = 150
There are 150 inches in 12 1/2 feet.

Hope this helps!

12 inches = 1 foot

12 foot = 12 * 12
            = 144 feet

We have to convert 12 1/2  feet to inches

Since , 1 foot = 12 inches
            1/2 foot  = 12 * 1/2
                          = 6 inches

12 1/2 feet = 144 inches + 6 inches
                  = 150 inches

Therefore, 12 1/2 feet is 150 inches.

Please help me to make a essay about culture
beks73 [17]

Answer:

Different people define culture in different ways, for example “Culture: learned and shared human patterns or models for living; day- to-day living patterns, these patterns and models pervade all aspects of human social interaction. Culture is mankind’s primary adaptive mechanism”1. Another author says that “Culture is the collective programming of the mind which distinguishes the members of one category of people from another.”2. from these definitions it is clear that both explains the same idea but in different words, says that culture is first learned after learning it is then shared so it’s a common fact that the younger first learn the culture from their elders and when these young become elders they transfer it to the next generation. But the culture learned it includes all the aspects of human interaction and thus it become the mankind’s adoptive mechanism.

What was the purpose of the preamble to the Declaration of Independence? Question 1 options: to outline the form and responsibil
morpeh [17]

Answer: To establish the right of the people to overthrow a government that takes away their natural rights

Explanation:

The Preamble to the Declaration of Independence which was its introduction, showed the foundation upon which the Declaration stood by making it clear that the people had the right to overthrow a Government that takes away their natural rights.

Basing this mostly on the Social Contract theory, the Founding Fathers used this section to justify that their rights as Englishmen and free folk had been impeded upon by the British and so they had both the philosophical and political right to break away.
