The answer will have to be option B "decrease her caloric intake so it is less than the calories she burns." Calories is all from what you gain when you eat. All foods have calories. So if Amanda has lost some weight due to increased activity, and she wishes to gain some back, she would have to increase the number of calories that she intakes in order to gain it back.
