Answer: Electromagnetic and thermal

Explanation: The solar panels allows us to harness the electromagnetic energy and convert it into thermal energy which is used to heat water.

The reason it is electromagnetic energy not solar because light is a form of electromagnetic energy.

Solar panels converts energy into different forms based on the type of conversion we want.

Which factor is NOT a strong piece of evidence for evolution?
prohojiy [21]

Evolution is the process by which an organism develops an adaptive mechanism to respond to selection forces.
Human evolution is similar to every evolution in the animal and plant kingdom. Forced by the environment both internal and external forces, animals adapted to the extreme conditions they were put in. As humans evovled, bacteria and other microorganisms also evolved to better attack and obtain food from other organisms including mankind.

During which phase do the chromosomes make copies of themselves so that there are two of each one?
SashulF [63]

Answer:

The beginning and majority of the time is known as Interphase. Interphase is 80% of the total cycle and is where the cell does most of the work in replicating organelles, chromosomes, and preparing to undergo Mitosis which is the actual splitting process where one cell becomes two. During Interphase there are 3 major steps, G1, S, and the G2 phase.

In the combined processes of glycolysis and cellular respiration, what is consumed and what is produced?.
IrinaVladis [17]

Glucose is consumed and carbon dioxide is produced during the combined processes of glycolysis and cellular respiration.

Glucose is a simple sugar. Glucose is the most common monosaccharide, a type of carbohydrate. Glucose is primarily produced by plants and most algae during photosynthesis from water and carbon dioxide with the help of sunlight, where it is used to produce cellulose in cell walls, the world's most abundant carbohydrate.

A glucose molecule is gradually broken down into carbon dioxide and water during cellular respiration. Some ATP is produced directly along the way in the reactions that transform glucose. However, much more ATP is produced later in the process known as oxidative phosphorylation. The movement of electrons through the electron transport chain, a series of proteins embedded in the inner membrane of the mitochondrion, drives oxidative phosphorylation.

During glycolysis, a six-carbon sugar, glucose, undergoes a series of chemical transformations. It eventually degrades into two molecules of pyruvate, a three-carbon organic molecule. ATP is produced in these reactions.

The Turner family uses 548 liters of water per day. The Hill family uses 3 times as
SashulF [63]

Answer:11,508 liters per week

Explanation: Since the turner family uses 548 liters per day and the hill family uses 3 times that much you would multiple 548 by 3 giving you 1,644 liters per day. 1,644 liters is the amount of water they use in one day so you would have to multiply the amount of water used in one day with the total days of the week. Therefore 1,644x7= 11,508 liters per week.
