The first question is mostly likely the people's republic of china.
I know because china is more commonly known for that.
The second question is India and China.
I know both these countries have a huge problem with pollution as they have many industries.
First of all, the map is not related to the questions, and it's no help in answering them.
#1). Form this short list, the country most associated with limitations on personal freedoms is the People's Republic of China.
#2). China is definitely struggling with air and water pollution, especially in its big cities.
So the answer boils down to either 'B' or 'C', and I think I'm going to partially punt here.
On the whole, Japan has a more active economy, is more technologically advanced, and is more ethnically homogeneous than India. Also, whereas Japan has a long history of political evolution and home rule, India is one of those places that are still recovering from life as a British colony. So you'd expect that Japan has a better handle on its environment.
Still, in the very short run, like only the past 3 years, Japan was shaken by the catastrophic destruction of the Fukushima nuclear power plant in March of 2011, and they'll be fighting radioactive air and water pollution for years to come on account of that single disaster alone.
So the answer could go either way . . . 'B' or 'C'.
From the very earliest of ages, the people were taught that the only way they could get to Heaven was if the Roman Catholic Church let them. Everybody would have been terrified of Hell and the people would have been told of the sheer horrors awaiting for them in Hell in the weekly services they attended.
