C. To claim new lands for natural resources

The Imperialism has a negative connotation to the extent that Europeans often consider themselves superior to other cultures, with 1800's  we can imagine a great amount of this relating to a supposed racial , cultural, intelectual superiority. So they also had ideological justifications for claiming new lands. The justification often involved expanding trade routes. The problematic arose when they engaged in unfair economic practices , where often the natural resources were grants also for the exchange or served as payment for debts.

The term imperialism consists of imposing culture and also conditioning the life of the colonies, often imperialism is the product of industrialization and colonialization. The practice of the looting of resources and destroying aboriginal cultures is latent to the present.

the ebola crisis of 2013–2016 could have been prevented if corruption in local governments had been corrected.
sattari [20]

Corruption in the health infrastructure leads to the more spread and damaged of this virus.

The ebola crisis of 2013-2016 could have been prevented if corruption in local governments had been corrected because corruption in health infrastructure led to the spread of elbola disease. Difficulty occurs in the containment of ebola outbreak due to weak surveillance systems and poor public health infrastructure.

It quickly spread to Guinea's bordering countries, Liberia and Sierra Leone due to poor containment facilities which leads to more death casualties. If there is no corruption in the public health infrastructure this ebola crises can be prevented so we can conclude that corruption in the health infrastructure led to the more spread and damaged of this virus.
