There is a world-wide general development of teenagers becoming adults sooner (or teenagers with adult behaviour) in every possible way.

Modern technology (my little 5-year old daughter know how to use a cellphone better than I do) and a modern society, where the clear authoritarian generation-division of parents and children is diminishing, are factors that contribute to more and more 'teen-adults'.

So yes, I think it is a good idea. What should be a real point of discussion is  the deeply felt sence in this country that politicians no longer present the people anymore. There is something seriously wrong with the whole American democracy and its voting system.
