Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

Some deserts are formed due to the movement of hot air masses and the lack of moisture from the tropics, influenced by the Earth's rotation. These masses, after cooling in the atmosphere and curving north and south, begin to lose latitude up to approximately 30 °, however, they gain heat from the descent by increasing their ability to retain and "absorb" the available water in the soil. These deserts are between 30 ° to 50 ° (north / south). Examples are the Sahara Desert in Africa and Soonora in North America.

Deserts tend to form around 30 latitude because that region is the subtropics where they experience high air pressure so clouds won't form and there would be very little or no precipitation and because it is far inland so far away from bodies of water so to answer your question no probability not

In terms of sequence variation, which of the following is least like the others? SNP inversion deletion translocation
soldi70 [24.7K]

In terms of sequence variation, the one that is least like the others is SNP. Option A

What is sequence variation?

Generally, The word "genetic variety" refers to the variance in the DNA sequence in each of our genomes.

In conclusion, SNP is the only none structural variation, which involves above one base twin in variation, whereas SNP only shows variation in a single base pair.

The base pairs in a DNA strand are held together with hydrogen bonds. In what way would a cell be most affected if these were co
zvonat [6]
The answer (although it appears to be missing a word or two) is:
C) The cell would have to take in and use (energy, resources) in order to break the covalent bonds.

Covalent bonds are more difficult to break/create than hydrogen bonds, and thus require more energy. The advantage of hydrogen bonds to connect base pairs in a DNA strand is the ease with which they can be broken and then connect again, sort of like a zipper. The same process with covalent bonds would be more like unbuttoning and re-buttoning a shirt, it is slower and requires more energy to accomplish.

Summarize the way plants store extra sugar
vitfil [10]
Extra sugar that a plant doesn't need is stored as starch. Using a tree as an example, it uses photosynthesis to create sugar and the rest that remains unused is stored in the trunk or roots as starch, saved for later.
