Michigan Basin is a basin which is located in the state of Michigan, a state of America present on the lower side of Peninsula formed from various rocks such as Cambrian-Ordovician sandstones and carbonate rocks about 600 million of years ago. Nashville Dome is located in Tennessee, a state of U.S. and formed from Ordovician rocks about 490 to 445 million of years ago.
