Habitable Climate: I wouldn't say it would be.

Warmer Temperatures: Yes, it does cause overall temperatures to increase.

Increased radiation: I'm relatively sure it's increased radiation that causes the greenhouse effect, though I'm not sure, so it wouldn't be a result, I suppose.

Decreased Water Vapor: I don't think so, I'm not completely sure though, because it's causing the glaciers to melt and create more water.

Reduced Rainfall: Same thing as above.

Rising CO2 levels: Definitely.

Longer days: No, it doesn't effect the rotation of the earth.
