The correct answer is option c

A certain location with tall trees experiences a wildfire for several days. If it remains for several days then the wildlife will decrease because the tall trees can be the habitat of animals living their. If the forest fire will last for many days then it will burn the trees there so the habitat loss of wildlife will take place. The space for their living will decrease. and hence the habitat will decrease.

For three traits inherited in a dominant/recessive pattern, what is the probability of an offspring in a trihybrid cross between
AleksandrR [38]

Answer: For three traits inherited in a dominant/recessive pattern, the probability of an offspring in a trihybrid cross between parents heterozygous for all three traits to be recessive at exactly two of the three loci is 23/64.

Explanation: Let A, B and C represent the dominant alleles and a, b and c represent the recessive alleles. The genotype of each of the parent will be AaBbCc since it has been said to be heterozygous for all the three traits. There are eight (8) possible different types of gametes from each of the genotype. This can be calculated using 2^n where n is the number of heterozygous loci.

The number of heterozygous loci in the genotype AaBbCc is three (3). 2^3 = 8. The gametes are;

ABC

ABc

AbC

Abc

aBC

aBc

abC and

abc.

Therefore, sixty-four possible offsprings are expected from the cross AaBbCc x AaBbCc.

Out of these offsprings, twenty-three (23) are expected to be heterozygous at two loci as boldly shown in the attached image.

A client is admitted with chest pain. a series of diagnostic tests are ordered, and the client undergoes coronary artery bypass
Nonamiya [84]

Answer;

Although the cost of care for this client was greater than the DRG reimbursement amount, the hospital will be reimbursed only at the set fee.

Explanation;

-A Diagnosis-Related Group (DRG) is a statistical system of classifying any inpatient stay into groups for the purposes of payment.

-It divides possible diagnoses into more than 20 major body systems and subdivides them into almost 500 groups for the purpose of Medicare reimbursement.

Choose the option that best describes the relationship between the cell wall thickness of parenchyma cells versus sclerenchyma c
MatroZZZ [7]

Permanent tissues in Plant

Explanation:

A) The cell walls of parenchyma cells are thinner than those of sclerenchyma cells

Plants posses basically two kinds of tissue- meristematic tissue and permanent tissue.

Meristematic tissue is made up of cells which are capable of active division and give rise to other tissues,.

Permanent tissue are already differentiated and usually do not divide.

Permanent tissues are -collenchyma, sclerenchyma and parenchyma.

Parenchyma and collenchyma are living whereas sclerenchyma is non-living.
