What might have happened had the Civil War not
Mademuasel [1]

Answer: A).The Confederacy would not have been formed

Explanation:

Without the emancipation proclamation made by Abraham Lincoln, The United States of America would not have broken out in the Civil War. Thus, the confederate army would not have been formed- though there still would have been people with the same mentality that they wanted to keep slavery in the country.
